Terms & Conditions – A* Training UK Training Services

 

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between [Amie Sales T/A A* Training UK] (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you (“the client”, “you”) for the provision of our training services. By booking or attending our training, you agree to these Terms.

 

2. Services Provided

We deliver training sessions, workshops, and/or courses as described in our promotional materials or agreed in writing. Any changes to the content, schedule, or trainer will be communicated in advance where possible – With as much notice as possible.

 

3. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings are secured for singular attendees (Open Courses) once payment is received in full or as otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payment must be made by the due date stated on the invoice (in-house bookings) or 7 Days Prior to training date.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to training if payment has not been received.

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • By You: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days will receive 50% refund and less than   7 days are non-refundable but transferrable (if within 48hrs of start time)

  • By Us: If we cancel a session due to trainer illness/emergency, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

 

5. Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule your booking with at least 48hrs notice, subject to availability.

 

6. Attendance & Conduct

We expect all participants to behave respectfully towards trainers and other attendees. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund –

As most of the trainings are competency based, delegates are required to demonstrate learnt skills as part of the assessment process.

For example: Delegates should have sufficient physical abilities to kneel on the floor to carry out assessments and perform CPR to gain the regulated certificate. If you are unsure or require more information, please read through the RASC Guidance sheet.

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials, slides, and resources remain our intellectual property. You may use them for personal learning only and must not copy, share, or reproduce them without our written consent.

 

8. Liability

Our training is provided for educational purposes only. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the application of the training content, except where required by law.

Any issues which may arise during the training course should be highlighted and brought to the attention of the training instructor immediately.

 

9. Data Protection

We will process your personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Governing Law

By booking with A* Training UK, I agree to these Terms and understand they are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
